Yesterday we closed on our new Maui Oceanview Condo – Kamaole Sands 2-206. First order of business, a number of hard-working housekeepers came and took all the furnishings included in the purchase. Happy to help local families out! Out with the old!
Next order of business: many many renovation-related decisions. The cabinets and floor tile have been selected. I’m humming and haw-ing about the quartz counter tops and bathroom shower options…
Our contractor has submitted his plans to the Homeowners Association…. Once approved, construction begins!
